How do I transfer my existing devices from HomeBase 2 to HomeBase 3?

To transfer your existing devices from HomeBase 2 to HomeBase 3, please follow the steps below:

  1. Update the eufy app on your smartphone/tablet to the latest version.
  2. Update your HomeBase 2 and HomeBase 3 to the latest firmware version.
  3. The eufy app will display a device migration reminder, please follow the steps on the app to transfer your existing devices from HomeBase 2 to HomeBase 3.
