A: Please follow the steps below:

1. Put the RoboVac on the charging base to ensure it's having enough power.
2. Make sure the WiFi in your home is stable.
3. Open the eufy Clean app and choose the RoboVac

4. Tap the three dots on the top right, you will see the "Firmware Update" button. Click it to update the firmware.

Q: What can I do if the firmware upgrade failed?

1. Power on the device and make sure it has enough power or is docked to the charging base.
2. Keep your phone, vacuum, and the router close to each other.
3. Don't turn off the vacuum and don't start using it before it's updated.
4. Ensure that your WiFi network is stable.
