If the Robot is turned off due to no power or the charging base is not connected to the power supply, the robot will be displayed as offline.
When the network is abnormal/the Wi-Fi signal where the robot is located is not covered or is weak, the robot will be displayed as offline.
Changing the Wi-Fi name or password will cause the robot to go offline, and the network needs to be reconfigured.
The robot is constantly offline may be due to abnormal system restarts.
Troubleshooting suggestions
If the robot is turned on and placed on the charging base/station, but the APP shows that it is offline, firstly please refresh the interface to enter the APP (hold down the page with your finger and slide down to the bottom) to see if the robot status is restored; then please shortly press the start button on the panel, if the robot does not respond, please redock the robot;
Next, please look at the wifi light display to see whether it shows a steady blue light; and enter the setting interface of the APP to see if the machine status is displayed as “connected to ××”; if so, please restart the machine (Turn it off for 5 seconds and then turn it on again);
Ensure that the robot is near the router;
Restart the router (since some routers will work abnormally if they run for a long time);
If the above operations are invalid, please reconfigure the network and try again.
