The Omni C28 is designed to navigate thresholds up to 2 cm in height. If your robot vacuum is unable to cross a threshold, please try the following solutions:

Check the Threshold Height

If the threshold exceeds 2 cm, use a threshold auxiliary strip to bridge the gap, allowing the Omni C28 to cross smoothly.

Assess Surface Conditions

Slippery surfaces, such as metal door sills, may prevent the Omni C28 from crossing. To improve traction, add a friction-enhancing material or install a door sill auxiliary strip.
