Cause & Quick Solution |
Wheel stuck. Check the wheel and move robot to a new position. |
There may be objects caught around the wheel. Check the gap between the wheel and the machine, remove the materials, and then turn the wheel to make sure it can move freely. |
Foreign objects may be stuck in the suction inlet, please check. |
1. Please check the underside of the robot, remove the brush, and check whether there are foreign objects stuck in the brush cavity. 2. Dump the garbage in the dustbin. |
Roller brush stuck. Remove and clean the roller brush. | -Flip the robot over. - Remove the roller brush cover and the roller brush itself. -Check for foreign objects in the roller brush cavity, such as paper towels or plastic bags, blocking the suction port. -Take out the vacuum cleaner, remove the wind cone, hepa, sponge, and clean the dust |
Side brush stuck. Please check to remove foreign objects from the side brushes. |
-Flip the robot over. -Remove the side brush. -Clean any hair or debris at the side brush's installation point. -Avoid areas where the side brush can get stuck, such as furniture gaps or extra-thick carpets. Set restricted zones for such areas. |
Laser sensor may be blocked. |
Check whether there are any foreign objects around the top of the laser sensor. If there are, remove them. |
Laser sensor may be stuck. |
The robot's laser sensor rotates in real time. Please check if there are any foreign objects preventing it from rotating normally. |
Front bumper stuck, please tap the bumper. |
1. Please tap the front bumper to make sure that it can move. 2. If the front bumper is stuck, remove the front bumper and reinstall it. |
Laser sensor cover may be stuck, please check. |
-Press the top of the laser protection cover. A "click" sound indicates it’s rebounding properly. -If it doesn’t rebound, clean off any hair or debris and retest. -For furniture heights similar to the laser cover, set restricted zones to avoid the robot getting stuck. |
Charging connection failed. Please clean the charging pins and charging point. |
-Flip the robot over and clean the metal charging pins with a clean cloth. -Test the charging pin on the base station. If it doesn’t rebound naturally, it may need repair. -Place the base station on a flat, hard surface (e.g., wooden or tile floors). If on carpet, use an anti-slip mat. Replace any deformed mats. -Ensure the base station is powered, with the indicator light consistently white. |
Temperature protection has been suspended, and temperature recovery can work normally |
Temperature protection has been suspended. Temperature recovery can work normally now. |
Low battery, robot is shutting down. Please charge. |
Return the robot to the base station for charging when the battery is low. |
The input voltage of the station is abnormal. Please check whether the purchased machine matches the local voltage. |
Check if the voltage of the station is 220V or 110V to ensure that it matches the voltage in your home. |
Robot trapped, please clear the obstacles. |
1. When the robot enters a narrow area, such as a long and narrow passage, the robot may be trapped. It is recommended to set a virtual wall; 2. Clear obstacles around the robot, such as objects, pets, toys, etc. added during the cleaning process. The robot can pass through a width of 40cm; 3. When the robot is blocked by people or pets for a long time and cannot clean, the robot cannot continue to clean. It is recommended to clean again to confirm whether the task can be completed normally; |
Robot trapped, please move to an open area to start. |
The robot will get stuck on low obstacles such as bar stools, Banaro chairs, U-shaped chairs, and carpets, causing the wheels to hang in the air. There may be abnormalities in scenes with a height of about 2-3 cm. The robot needs to be moved nearby and started, and then these scenes should be set as restricted areas or virtual walls. This is limited by the height of the robot and the size of its wheels. This can prevent the cleaning task from being unable to continue due to the robot being trapped. |
Robot not touching the ground, please move robot to a new position. |
1. When someone picks up the robot and click to start the cleaning robot, an error message will appear saying the robot is suspended in the air; 2. When the robot is placed on the edge of the stairs, with its wheels suspended in the air, an error message will appear saying the robot is suspended in the air if you click to start the cleaning robot; 3. You need to place the robot on a flat surface and start cleaning to restore regular operation. |
Entered a No-Go Zone by mistake, please check. |
If the robot is in a No-Go zone set in the map, please move it outside the zone to start using. |
Return failed, please clear the area around the station. |
1. Check whether the base station placement meets the requirements and whether there are no obstacles 1.5 meters in front and 0.5 meters on both sides; 2. Flip the robot to check whether there are foreign objects stuck on the bottom and roller brush, causing high friction on the ground; after cleaning, return to the base station for confirmation; 3. Clean foreign objects on the base station seat to prevent the robot from getting stuck during the recharging process; 4. Clean the lenses on the head and tail of the robot; 5. Place the base station on a flat, hard surface, such as wooden floors or tile floors; if a carpet is placed, an anti-slip mat for the base station needs to be added; 6. Check whether the anti-slip mat of the base station is deformed. If deformed, replace it with a new anti-slip mat or place it on a hard surface |
Unable to leave the station, please check the surrounding environment. |
Robot has encountered obstacles on its way out of the station, preventing it from starting cleaning. Please check the area around the station and remove any obstacles. |
The anti-drop sensor is tainted. |
1. Turn over the robot 2. Wipe the 4 cliff sensors at the bottom with a clean paper towel; 3. After wiping them clean, restart the cleaning to restore to normal |
Wall sensor not working, please check. |
Please check and clean the sensor on the right side of the robot. If it is dusty, wipe with paper towels or a soft cloth. |
The battery temperature is too high. Please allow it to cool down before using it. |
The battery temperature is too high. Please allow it to cool down before using it. |
There is a communication error between the robot and the station. The station can not operate normally, please check. |
1. Check whether the base station placement meets the requirements. There should be no obstacles 1.5 meters in front and 0.5 meters on both sides; 2. Flip the robot over to check whether there are any foreign objects stuck on the bottom and roller brush, causing high friction on the ground; try again after cleaning; 3. Clean the foreign objects on the base station seat to prevent the robot from getting stuck when leaving the base station; 4. Clean the lenses at the head and tail of the robot; 5. Place the base station on a flat hard surface, such as wooden floors or tile floors; if a carpet is placed, an anti-slip pad for the base station needs to be added; thick carpets will cause the robot to recognize that the carpet hair is long and then cannot go out to work; 6. Check whether the anti-slip pad of the base station is deformed. If deformed, replace it with a new anti-slip pad or place it on a hard surface; 7. Press the base station in-place switch (the black square column in the middle of the lens). It is normal to press it smoothly to the bottom and rebound naturally. |
Suction fan of the self-empty station is cooling, please try dust emptying 15min later. |
After three consecutive dust collections, the base station's fan becomes hot and needs to be cooled down. It takes at least 15 minutes for the temperature to recover before dust collection can begin again. |
Failed to find station, return to start point. |
1. The robot does not trigger the cleaning task from the base station. After the robot completes cleaning, it will remind that it cannot find the base station and return to the starting point. This is a normal phenomenon. 2. It is recommended that the robot trigger the cleaning task at the base station. |
Certain zones were not cleaned as they could not be accessed. |
