If your E20 robot vacuum is not functioning effectively to provide satisfactory cleaning results, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
-
It is important to maintain the robot's accessories regularly:
-
Inspect the roller and side brushes to determine if they are degraded. If necessary, replace the roller and side brushes.
-
Regularly cleaning or replacing the high-performance filter and sponge will maintain the robot's powerful suction level and enhance its optimal cleaning performance.
-
-
If the robot vacuum struggles with carpet cleaning, consider enabling BoostIQ mode, as illustrated in the images below. The robot will automatically enhance its suction strength when cleaning carpets; however, BoostIQ mode will reduce its battery life due to the increased suction.
-
Try increasing the robot's suction power. For instance, adjust the suction power to Turbo or Max.
-
If the robot overlooks a carpet, you can utilize the "Edit Map" option to outline it on the map based on its designated position. It is recommended to draw a bigger space to ensure the carpet is covered.
-
To clean the edges and corners of carpets, it is recommended to utilize the included cordless stick vacuum for these spots.
-
Ensure the roller brush compartment is free of any foreign objects. Additionally, inspect the roller brush to ensure it is not entangled with excessive hair.
-
Inspect the filter to verify it is not blocked by excessive dust and dirt. If needed, either clean the filter or swap it out for a new one to ensure the robot's suction performance remains optimal.
-
Inspect the roller and side brushes to determine if they are damaged or need to be replaced.
-
Checking and Cleaning the Dust Cup: A dirty dustbin can prevent your E20 from collecting dust and debris efficiently.
-
Check if there is any foreign matter stuck in the silicone of the dust cup. When the silicone is not completely sealed, the Robot will leak air and the suction power will be poor.
