Testing the Permanent Outdoor Light E120
💡 Connect the light strings with the power adapter unplugged. Please make sure to avoid connecting the light strings while the power adapter is plugged into an outlet. If you connect the light strings while the power adapter is plugged into an outlet, the light strings may not light up.
💡 Please note that a maximum of six light strings can be connected to the power adapter.
1. Connect all light strings together, then connect them to the control unit and power adapter. Secure the waterproof caps for each connection, including the end of the last light string.
2. Plug the power adapter into a working outlet to verify that each light string is working properly.
• If some of the light strings do not light up, try unplugging and plugging the power adapter into the outlet again. Make sure the light strings are working properly before proceeding to the next step.

Setting Up the Permanent Outdoor Light E120
1. Download and install the eufy Life app, then sign in to your existing account or create a new account.
• Please make sure the eufy Life app is version 2.11.0 or newer.
2. Follow the in-app instructions to set up your Permanent Outdoor Light E120.
Recommended Installation Location
Install the light strings beneath the eaves to generate a wall-washing effect.
The installation process will take approximately 30 minutes to one hour. The exact time will vary depending on the installation location.
Choosing an Installation Location
💡 Do not install the light strings on rainy or hot days to avoid falling due to extreme temperatures or a slippery ladder.
💡 Do not cut the light strings.
It is highly recommended to determine the location of the first light string section, making sure that the power adapter is close enough to plug into a working outlet and the control unit is easily accessible for operation purposes.
💡 Please note that the control unit and power adapter are not waterproof. If you want to install the control unit and power adapter outdoors, make sure to protect them using a waterproof electrical box (not provided) or consult an electrician.
Installing the Permanent Outdoor Light E120
💡 You will need a ladder and make sure it is stable enough or install the light strings with the help of another person.
💡 Use the extension cable if needed.
1. Clean the installation surface with a cloth or tissue and wait until the surface is completely dry before installing the light strings.
• Dust residue may affect the adhesion of the 3M adhesive tape.
2. For the best wall-washing effect, the light strings should be installed two to four inches away from the wall surface. Use the provided positioning card for measurement.
3. Remove the protective film from each light.
4. Peel the VHB adhesive from the back of each light, then firmly press the light against the surface for at least five seconds.
• Do not overstretch the wire between each light to allow for flexibility.
5. For permanent installation, please secure the light strings with cable clips and screws between every two lights.
