If you notice that your S1 Pro is not consuming enough eufy cleaning solution to produce ideal cleaning results, please try the following troubleshooting steps to solve the issue.
Step 1: Mark the level of the cleaning solution
- Please draw a line on the cleaning solution bottle to mark the current liquid level.
- After marking the current liquid level of the cleaning solution, please continue using the S1 Pro normally until the entire bucket of the base station's clean water tank (2,800 ml) is used completely.
- Observe the change in the liquid level of the cleaning solution. In theory, after using the entire bucket of the base station's clean water tank, the cleaning solution liquid level should decrease by approximately 28 ml. Users can determine the consumption level of the cleaning solution by observing the change in the level of the cleaning solution.
Step 2: Check the consumption level of the cleaning solution
If your S1 Pro's consumption level of the cleaning solution is a lot less than 28 ml after completing Step 1, please try the following troubleshooting methods:
- Drill a small hole at the top of the cleaning solution bottle. This process allows the cleaning solution to generate additional airflow.
- Use another full bucket of the base station's clean water tank. After drilling a small hole at the top of the cleaning solution bottle, please continue using the S1 Pro normally until the entire bucket of the base station's clean water tank (2,800 ml) is used completely.
- Once again, observe the change in the liquid level of the cleaning solution. In theory, after using the entire bucket of the base station's clean water tank, the cleaning solution liquid level should decrease by approximately 28 ml. Users can determine the consumption level of the cleaning solution by observing the change in the level of the cleaning solution.
