Check the Threshold Height

If the threshold exceeds 2 cm, use a threshold auxiliary strip to bridge the gap, allowing the Omni X12 Pro to cross smoothly.

Assess Surface Conditions

Slippery surfaces, such as metal door sills, may prevent the Omni X12 Pro from crossing. To improve traction, add a friction-enhancing material or install a door sill auxiliary strip.
